Greek life is an important part of the college experience on so many campuses, but fraternities and sororities have also been the source of numerous serious claims over the years. This session will offer the argument that you should require that these recognized student organizations name your institution as an "additional insured" on their general liability policies. The presenter will share the opportunities and challenges of this process.

Objectives:
+ Understand the technical process of requesting certificates of insurance from national Greek organizations.
+ Learn about some of the specific language to require, as well as the potential differences in coverage that may exist between groups.
+ Become aware of some of the potential challenges to the process, especially those concerning local chapters or groups without national representation.
